What DadMode stores
We store the coaching profile you provide, recent Telegram conversation history, usage records, feedback and support requests. If you choose to connect health sync, selected health metrics are encrypted at rest. Diary entries are encrypted at rest. Raw Telegram voice files and images are processed temporarily for coaching and are not retained by default.
How accounts are protected
Every Telegram chat has a separate workspace. The dashboard is protected by your sign-in and a short-lived, single-use link issued in Telegram. We store an opaque dashboard-account identifier, not your Google email, alongside your coaching account.
How data is used
Data is used to provide coaching, operate the service and improve safety and quality. We may create redacted, non-identifying signals from feedback and coaching outcomes; only reviewed general lessons are promoted into the shared coaching system. We do not sell or rent identifiable health, training or chat data for advertising.
Your controls
In the dashboard you can revoke health sync, download your account export, or delete your account and product data. In Telegram, use /deletehealth to remove stored health context or /delete_me confirm to remove coaching data. Account deletion removes product data first and then removes the dashboard login.
Contact
Questions or a report of a broken flow can be raised through /bug or /feedback in the Telegram coach.
