We do not retain raw Telegram photos by default.
Health metrics, logged meals and workouts, and diary text are encrypted at rest. You decide what to connect and can stop or erase it whenever you like.
The dashboard export includes your profile, health readings, up to 1,000 recent messages and your diary entries. Deleting health readings does not erase references you shared in chat; account deletion removes those too. Your phone’s health store and Telegram’s own copies are separate.
